When is the right time to start shopping?
"I planned my wedding with too much time" - said no bride ever.
The simple answer is "whenever you're ready to find your dress." Since our bridal gown selection is constantly revolving with new seasons, we recommend shopping in-person when you're ready to make a decision.
Who should I bring to my appointment?
Our experienced consultants recommend bringing 2-3 of your closest friends or family with you for your shopping experience. We completely understand the desire to bring a large group. This is a big deal and a very special time in your life. However, brides don't often realize how overwhelming it can be to juggle multiple opinions while also trying to narrow down your own ideas of exactly what you're looking for.
If you still really want to include everyone throughout the process, we recommend bringing different individuals to each of your other appointments after your dress has been ordered and delivered (1st reveal, subsequent fittings, accessorizing appointments, etc.)
When should I order my dress?
Most dresses require 4-6 months to special order from our designers. After arriving, all dresses will need alterations that can take another 2-3 months.
Don't worry if you're working with less than the recommended amount of time. We've got you covered! All of our dresses are available off the rack and we can even look into rush cut options for special orders. Our consultants will work with you to explain your options and help you discover the dress of your dreams!
Why Formalities?
- We offer professional, full-service alterations exclusively to our brides. When others might call a dress "un-alterable"... our seamstresses wave their magic wands and *poof* your dress is transformed!
- Secure storage for your dress until you're ready to pick it up or have us ship it to your location.
- Professional pressing services are complimentary with any qualifying bridal gown purchase. We meticulously prepare each and every gown to be in pristine condition for the wedding day. It is a labor of love!
How much do wedding dresses cost?
Our team is very particular about the unique styles that we select from each designer. We have a great selection of dresses at many different price points, ranging from $699-$1,999. Throughout the seasons, we also have sample sales with incredible markdowns ($199-$599).
